Humanis and VCA at COP28 Dubai UAE

December 4, 2023

This year marks the 28th convening of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Annually, the COP assembles to assess the progress in implementing the UNFCCC, aiming to mitigate human impact on our climate system.

COP28 is scheduled to occur from November 30 to December 12, 2023, at Expo City Dubai, UAE. This event holds significant importance for both Humanis and the VCA alliance as we advocate for the incorporation of arts and culture as integral components in both mitigating and adapting to climate change. Simultaneously, we strive for the recognition of these aspects in diverse climate change policies.

Below are the events in which Humanis and VCA will actively participate during COP28.
