Achieving climate justice starts with linking and empowering people who are unfairly and disproportionally impacted by the climate crisis to influence local, regional and international policies and practices. 

Societies should be open and inclusive to enable and safeguard meaningful civic participation of underrepresented voices demanding social justice. 

Individuals, institutions and the private sector at all levels should promote and uphold all people’s rights, especially those of marginalized, discriminated, and excluded groups, with a special focus on women.
